World Water Day 2022

World Water Day 2022 is dedicated to groundwater, and its motto is: “Making the invisible visible”

On 22 March we mark World Water Day. Its focus is on taking action to tackle the global water crisis, bearing in mind that around 2 billion people on the planet live without access to drinking water. This year the celebration in Plovdiv was held at the Boris Hristov House of Culture - 15 performances by various groups from kindergartens, schools and ensembles presented dances and poems dedicated to water. The highlight of the celebration was an exhibition of various models on the theme of “World Water Day”.
