72nd International Boxing Tournament “Strandzha”

Stoyka Krasteva (51 kg) and Radoslav Panteleev (91 kg) won the Strandzha Cup. They took the honours in the women’s and men’s categories at the 72nd edition of the oldest boxing tournament in Europe. A total of 13 champions were crowned on the final day of the competition, which finished today at Sofia Hall. Nearly 300 boxers from 35 countries took part. Bulgaria won the most gold medals. Besides Stoyka Krasteva and Radoslav Panteleev, titles also went to Stanimira Petrova (57 kg), Daniel Asenov (52 kg) and Javier Ibáñez (57 kg).
